To find the invoice number and customer number, look at an Alarm Ordinance Unit invoice that was mailed to you. On that invoice you can find the 2 numbers you need in order to sign in. Refer to the following images that pont out where they are located in an invoice

Find Invoice Number on the invoice

Invoice number can be located in the box labeled 'Invoice Number'. This is located to the top left side of the invoice

Find Customer Number on the invoice

Customer number can be located in the box labeled 'Customer Number'. This is located in the middle of the invoice above where the receipt perforation starts
